Getting Started

Start by posting an Ask (a needed resource, a needed helping hand, a question, etc) or an Offer (an available resource, available time, knowledge, ideas, etc). The subject of your post should begin either "Ask: __(key word(s) here)_" or "Offer: __(key word(s) here)   ", and at the end of your post you should specify if and how you would like for people to contact you about it. If you do not want to post your personal information to the blog, please direct readers to emily@nourishingnetworks.net for Emily to connect you through email.
